This privacy policy explains what data the WORDIX app processes when you use it, and why.
Player name and high score
When you save your high score, you enter a freely chosen player name. This name and your score are stored in our database (Firebase Realtime Database, Google Ireland Limited) and displayed in the public leaderboard. The name is not linked to your real identity unless you choose to enter personal information as your name.
On-device identifier
The app generates a random, on-device identifier the first time it is launched, in order to link your saved high score entry to your device. This identifier is not shared with third parties and does not allow any conclusions about your identity.
Game progress
Your game progress is stored locally on your device (not on our servers) and is only used to give you a consistent play experience.
Advertising identifier (IDFA)
If you consent to the App Tracking Transparency prompt, Google AdMob may use your advertising identifier (IDFA) to show you more relevant ads. If you do not consent, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized.

WORDIX is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
You can request the deletion of your saved high score entry at any time. Simply contact us with your player name using the email address below.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
